ACE CLO Subscription Policy

By purchasing an ACE CLO subscription package, you gain access to exclusive tennis drill sessions and community experiences designed to help you improve your game while connecting with fellow players.

Membership Benefits

With the purchase of an eligible ACE CLO subscription set, the subscriber is entitled to participate in four (4) tennis drill sessions conducted by ACE CLO within the Chicago metropolitan area for the current season.

Each drill session includes:

  • Up to 8 participants per group
  • Approximately 1.5 hours of instruction and play
  • Training led by an ACE CLO-approved coach or trainer
  • Community-focused tennis development activities

Session Schedule & Locations

Session locations and times are determined by ACE CLO and may vary.

  • Locations are selected throughout the Chicago area based on court availability and event logistics.
  • Weekend sessions are typically scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
  • Weekday sessions are typically scheduled between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
  • Session schedule is published in the community page and update every week
  • Time and Location is shared via email, SMS or WhatsApp group by ACE CLO team once confirmed.

ACE CLO reserves the right to modify locations, dates, and times as necessary.

Participant Requirements

To participate in a drill session, members must:

  • Bring their own tennis racket.
  • Wear or present the ACE CLO membership bracelet provided with their subscription purchase.
  • Arrive on time and follow all trainer instructions and court rules.

ACE CLO reserves the right to deny participation to individuals who cannot provide proof of membership.

Subscription Billing

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries and/or membership benefits according to the frequency selected during checkout or as otherwise specified by the store.

  • Your payment information will be stored securely.
  • You will be charged only one time since our membership subscription is annually according to the subscription plan selected at the time of purchase.
  • Certain subscription plans may automatically renew at the end of their term unless canceled before the renewal date.

Subscription Management

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time.

To manage your subscription:

  • Use the links provided in your order confirmation emails, or
  • Access your customer account through the ACE CLO website.

Changes or cancellations may apply to future billing cycles and will not affect charges already processed.

Attendance Policy

Members are encouraged to attend all scheduled drill sessions included in their subscription.

  • Members can attend any of the sessions open during the season. ACE CLO team will accommodate as many sessions as possible to offer enough flexibility to the players to meet the 4 drills accounted.
  • ACE CLO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, court availability, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

When a session is canceled by ACE CLO, participants will be notified and a replacement session will be offered whenever reasonably possible.
